Bomun-san Fortress 보문산성 宝文山城

Bomun-san Fortress is located south of Bomun Mountain, 406m above sea level. Its walls made of rocks go around the peak of the mountain. It was built for protection during Paekche Dynasty war. The perimeter of the mountain fortress is about 300m, but has a good geographical condition to communicate with other mountain fortresses near, which is a good military strategic point. A lot of Paekche Dynaysty, Koryu Dynasty, and Bronze Age ruins were found here.

Bomun-san Fortress is now located in Jung-gu Daesadong San3-45, Daejeon.
