We are hoping that Chui is not discovered by people too fast. Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, along that strip of Daedeok Daero Blvd. Heading North where those imminently livable villas are seen rushing past, Chui means literally "essence." Here you can have a lunch, or a cup of coffee in a quiet and unrushed manner, taking time to enjoy the conversation and the mood.
