Hotel Riviera opened in 1988 in the Yuseong Spa 유성온천 area, and has been one of the best hotels of Daejeon since. Hotel Riviera offers about 9 different kinds of guest rooms, from western style to traditional korean style to royal suites to ondol rooms (Korean underfloor heating system). Hotel Riviera also offers many restaurants (large seafood buffet, Chinese restaurant, bakery, lounge and cafe), in addition to six differently sized ballrooms, and a sauna.
